room service was slow for simple requests once i asked for water it took an hour to arrive a similar wait happened when i needed coffee pods the room service was never cleared properly and towels were occasionally left for only one person

the staff was always friendly. The location is gorgeous and is close to a park. IT WAS VERY relaxing after i explored the area all day. The bar and lounge area in the hotel are wonderful.

Fine Stay, Excellent Location!

Our second visit proved just as amazing as the first! The location is very nice. Great restaurants and a park are nearby. The bus to the outlet is also a short walk. This made shopping easy. Le Labo toiletries were provided. The hotel provided water in the room, this was a nice touch.

The pillow was slightly too firm for my liking, but overall the bed was comfortable.

I really enjoyed my time. the hotel's location was superb. I walked to many places. the shower was really good and revitalizing. Le labo toiletries added a touch of luxury. i found the free water in the room quite useful. the staff were very helpful and always smiling, a quality i value.

the absence of a luggage stand in the room was a slight inconvenience. i would have liked more space to organize my belongings upon arrival.

the room was spacious and featured a charming little balcony. the staff was super helpful, especially at reception (they really were pretty good).

one morning i left the hotel leaving a "please clean the room" sign on my room's door, several hours later the room remained untouched.
